Observation

WAC 110-300-0165(2)(c): At the time of the site visit the Sasquatch room had a coord hanging down in the form of a large loop from the overhead projector and was located just above a child sized table and chairs making it accessible to the children. The Sasquatch room had a lower cabinet below the sink in the classroom that had a plastic shopping bag with loose Christmas light cords accessible to the children. WAC 110-300-0165(2)(d): At the time of a site visit the Sasquatch room had a lower cabinet below the sink in the classroom that had a plastic shopping bag with loose Christmas light cords and another plastic shopping bag with a few loose ornaments inside that were accessible to the children. The Sasquatch room bathroom had several plastic shopping bags with wet clothes or just a pair of under in them that were sitting on a low shelf in the bathroom accessible to the children.
